Omaha Zoo

We went to the Omaha Zoo over Memorial Day Weekend. The trip was a last minute decision but well worth it. We went up Sunday after Mass and went shopping at a place similar to The Legends in KC and then ate at PF Changs. Then, we checked into our hotel (which we chose based on the pictures of the pool and location) where we found out our pool was closed! No problem because we were able to drive over to a HUGE indoor pool at the Holiday Inn near by. Will was tired and only lasted about 45 min. plus he really just wanted to get his hands on the blow up ball the bigger kids were playing with. On Monday we headed to the Zoo when it opened and spent the whole day there. Will was a trooper. He made it about half the day and then was out by the time we got to all of the good exhibits (Lions and Tigers and Bears...OH MY).

(We got a lot of awesome pictures of the animals but this was one of my favorites)
